Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality of software applications through comprehensive manual testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual testing for functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT tests.
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Report, track, and verify defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and reproduce issues.
- Prepare test data and validate backend data using basic SQL queries.
- Participate in test planning, reviews, and daily Agile ceremonies.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues.
Skills Required:
- Manual testing expertise (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, UAT).
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA).
- Basic SQL for data validation.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
